These terms govern your use of the Stone Art Sculpture website and business messaging services operated by Hebei Zemeng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

We provide sculpture product information, project consultation, preliminary estimates, quotations and customer support. Website and message content is general information unless expressly incorporated into a written quotation or contract. Product availability, specifications, lead time, freight and price remain subject to written confirmation.

2. Acceptable use / 合理使用

You must not use the services unlawfully; impersonate another person; submit malware, spam, deceptive or harmful content; interfere with security or availability; automate or scrape access without permission; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.

3. Quotations and orders / 报价与订单

A chat response, estimate or preliminary quotation is not a binding order unless it is confirmed in a written contract or formal order accepted by both parties. Payment, design approval, production, inspection, packing, delivery, installation, warranty and returns are governed by the applicable quotation or contract.

4. Custom work and customer materials / 定制项目与客户资料

You confirm that you are authorised to provide any reference image, design, trademark, text or other material sent to us. You remain responsible for confirming dimensions, specifications and approvals recorded in the applicable project documents.

5. Intellectual property / 知识产权

Website text, photographs, designs, branding and other materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may view them to evaluate our products and services, but may not reproduce, modify, sell or redistribute them without written permission or another lawful basis.

6. Third-party platforms / 第三方平台

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, suspend or discontinue features. We are not responsible for their independent operation. Our own handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability, disclaimers and liability / 可用性、免责声明与责任

We aim to keep our information accurate and services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website or messaging interface. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or rights expressly agreed in a written contract.

8. Changes and termination / 变更与终止

We may update these terms or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or maintain the service. The current version will be posted here. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
