Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information associated with messages sent to Stone Art Sculpture’s Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp business accounts, or information submitted through this website.

您可以要求删除与发送至 Stone Art Sculpture 的 Facebook、Instagram、WhatsApp 企业账号消息相关的个人信息，或通过本网站提交的信息。

How to submit a request / 如何提交申请

1. Email info@stoneartsculpture.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request / 数据删除申请”.
2. State the service used (website, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp), your display name or platform account identifier, and the approximate date of your conversation.
3. Send the request from an email address or account that allows us to reasonably verify you are the relevant person. Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

请发送邮件至上述地址，主题注明“数据删除申请”，并提供所使用的服务、显示名称或平台账号标识、沟通的大致日期。请勿发送密码、访问令牌、身份证件或其他不必要的敏感信息。

What happens next / 后续流程

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited information to verify identity. We normally complete a valid request within 30 days and confirm completion by email. If applicable law requires a different period, that period will apply.

我们会确认收到申请，并可能要求提供有限信息以核验身份。有效申请通常会在30日内完成，并通过邮件确认；如适用法律规定不同期限，则以法律规定为准。

Information that may be retained / 可能保留的信息

We will delete or anonymise information under our control unless retention is required for an active transaction, contract, accounting, fraud prevention, security, warranty, dispute resolution or another legal obligation. We will explain any applicable limitation. Information independently held by Meta or another platform must be managed using that platform’s account and privacy controls.

除非因未完成交易、合同、会计、反欺诈、安全、质保、争议解决或其他法定义务需要保留，我们会删除或匿名化由我们控制的信息，并说明适用的限制。由 Meta 或其他平台独立持有的数据，需要通过相应平台的账号和隐私设置处理。
